What is Lil Red?

Lil Red is a tiny school, providing needed physical space + social connection to home school communities. Each Lil Red is placed in your neighborhood, integrated into your community, and conveniently located to family co-op members. It's like bringing the “little red country school house” of the old days back into the neighborhood, but with a modern twist!

What makes the Lil Red community special?

Integrated into the community, Lil Red is more than just a school building. We start by helping families take that first step back to simpler times and then we continue supporting them by building and fostering a community around Lil Red - just like in the old days, when the school house was a centerpiece in the neighborhood. We support collaboration and creativity, provide a school identity and give students a sense of pride and belonging. In addition to normal homeschool activities on a daily basis, Lil Red is also utilized within the homeschool community for regular get-togethers, group activities, celebrations and events supporting the entire homeschool community!

Why Do We Support Homeschool Families?

Our passion is connecting families and communities as we build our Lil Red network of schools. We encourage the sharing of resources, ideas and experiences. We aspire to awake that spark of creativity, to recognize the unique talents of each student - and each parent - and to inspire and encourage one another along the way. It's all about coming together for the kids and creating the best possible environment for each child's success.  And, we simply want to making learning fun again!
